Job Description

We are seeking an experienced

D365 Customer Insights Tester

to ensure the high-quality delivery of Customer Insights solutions through manual testing. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in test case creation, execution, documentation and reporting. Experience with D365 Sales and Customer Insights - Journeys modules is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

Create and document comprehensive test cases (using Squash or a similar tool) with detailed coverage for all functional and edge scenarios Perform manual testing of D365 Customer Insights solutions, identifying and reporting bugs using appropriate tools Prepare detailed test documentation and obtain stakeholder sign-off on test results Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate fixes and ensure quality standards

Requirements

Proven experience in manual application testing with expertise in writing test cases and executing end-to-end tests Familiarity with D365 Sales and Customer Insights - Journeys modules Strong attention to detail, communication skills and defect reporting abilities Experience with test management tools like Squash and defect tracking systems

Nice to have

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments Certifications in Microsoft Dynamics or QA are a plus
