The Role
We're looking for a
Data Analyst Intern
to join our Go-to-Market Operations team for a 12-month internship. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales, marketing, and revenue operations at a fast-growing SaaS business.
You'll work closely with the Head of GTM Operations and collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to analyze pipeline data, track performance, and uncover insights that help drive smarter business decisions.
What you'll do
Collect, clean, and structure data from CRM (HubSpot), marketing automation, and sales performance systems
Build dashboards and reports to track pipeline health, funnel conversion, and marketing ROI
Conduct ad-hoc data deep dives to support leadership decision-making
Help maintain strong data governance to ensure accuracy and consistency across systems
What we're looking for
Native or near-native English speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong mathematical and analytical skills; comfortable working with large datasets
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (experience with BI tools like Power BI, Tableau, or HubSpot reporting is a plus)
Detail-oriented, curious, and eager to learn in a fast-paced commercial environment
Interest in sales, marketing, and revenue operations
Applicants must already be eligible to work in Switzerland (Swiss/EU passport or valid Swiss work permit)
This internship must be part of a school or university curriculum, in line with cantonal or federal regulations (e.g., professional maturity, higher education, HES, university).
