As a Data & Automation Analyst, you are the driving force behind data-driven decision-making and intelligent automation solutions.

What are we looking for?

Job Responsibilities
Integration and linking of data from SAP, IBP, 3PL, and other sources across the entire value chain Development and continuous optimization of KPIs to manage performance Creation and maintenance of data models, dashboards, and reports (e.g., using Qlik or Power BI) Application of AI/machine learning methods to identify patterns, risks, and optimization opportunities (e.g., inventory coverage, turnover, slow movers) Automation of reporting and analysis processes to increase scalability and efficiency Conducting benchmarks on costs and processes (e.g., logistics costs per product/country) Ensuring data quality and consistency across all systems Close collaboration with SCM, IT, country organizations, and performance management to derive actionable measures Development of rollout-ready tools and templates for international operations areas Active stakeholder management: ability to gather requirements, understand business needs, and translate them into technical solutions

Your Profile

Strong experience in data analysis, data modeling, and visualization (Qlik, Power BI, SQL, or Python) Expertise in applying AI/ML methods for operational pattern recognition Excellent understanding of supply chain and logistics processes Proficient in handling SAP/IBP data as well as data from external partners Experience in automating analysis and reporting processes Strong analytical skills, tech-savvy, and solution-oriented Proven ability to collaborate effectively across different business areas Commitment to continuous learning and staying up-to-date in data analytics, automation, and supply chain management
