A global player in institutional brokerage and data services is expanding its Data Engineering capabilities to support digital transformation across hybrid and electronic trading environments. As part of the Data Platform Team, you'll contribute to the development, deployment, and maintenance of modern data pipelines, web applications, and data warehouse solutions. You'll play a key role in streamlining data access for business intelligence tools and internal applications, while also supporting teams in building scalable, efficient solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Design, implement, and maintain robust data pipelines across multiple sources for end users, systems, and analytics teams
Contribute to the ongoing development of the enterprise data warehouse for diverse analytical use cases
Conduct code reviews and offer technical guidance to developers, data scientists, and BI specialists
Collaborate with internal IT teams and external partners on the deployment and monitoring of data processing and machine learning pipelines
Build and manage CI/CD pipelines to support reliable and repeatable software and data releases
Required Skills & Experience
Programming & Scripting:
Advanced proficiency in
Python
and solid experience in
SQL
Data Engineering:
Hands-on experience with
DBT
for data modeling and transformation
Containerization & Deployment:
Proficiency in
Docker
and CI/CD workflows (e.g.,
GitLab CI

Jenkins
)
Workflow Orchestration:
Familiarity with tools such as
Apache Airflow
or similar
Operating Systems:
Comfortable working in
Linux
environments
Communication:
Strong written and spoken English with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly
Collaboration:
Proven ability to work cross-functionally with developers, data scientists, and business teams
What You Bring
Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, Docker, and DBT
Hands-on experience with CI/CD tooling (e.g. Jenkins, GitLab)
Familiarity with orchestration frameworks such as Apache Airflow
Sound knowledge of Linux environments
Excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written
A proactive, analytical mindset and comfort working in cross-functional teams
