We are seeking an experienced Data Integration Specialist to bring her/his skills on the implementation of RegData software for sensitive data protection across our banking infrastructure.



Main responsibilities


Position Overview:



We are seeking an experienced Data Integration Specialist to bring her/his skills on the implementation of RegData software for sensitive data protection across our banking infrastructure. This role combines technical expertise in data integration with functional banking knowledge and strong interpersonal skills.


Key Responsibilities:

Lead the identification and mapping of sensitive data interfaces across banking applications Design and implement data integration solutions around the RegData platform Conduct technical interviews with application owners to gather requirements and define integration strategies Develop and document data models and data flow architectures Configure and optimize data transfer processes using enterprise integration tools Ensure compliance with data protection standards and banking regulations Collaborate with stakeholders to establish best practices for RegData onboarding


Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field 5+ years experience in data integration and ETL implementations Hands-on experience with data integration tools (NiFi, Talend, IBM MQ Series) Strong understanding of data modeling and database architectures Proven track record of proficiency with development in any of the following : Java, C# Experience in banking/financial services industry. Proven track record in technical requirement gathering and documentation Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills


Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with sensitive data handling and regulatory compliance Knowledge of RegData platform Banking application integration experience Project management certification Financial industry certifications


Skills & Competencies:

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Excellent interpersonal and diplomatic skills Ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders Detail-oriented with strong documentation skills Self-motivated with ability to work independently Swiss residence is mandatory
