  • Analyse, assess, monitor the data protection activity of the group, with a focus on European activities;
  • Advise internal stakeholders on applicable obligations for each existing and new data processing operations, following a \"privacy by design / default\" approach;
  • Draft and review data processing agreements with external stakeholders;
  • Raise Awareness to data protection, update and deploy guidelines, policies and procedures;
  • Follow-up on daily activity and related on-going projects;
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and Privacy champions (record of processing, privacy checklist, data mapping, legitimate interest assessments and PIA (Privacy Impact Assessments));
  • Assist Group DPO and stakeholders in handling data subjects requests;
You have at least 2-3 years of experience in data protection|Master Degree in Law, ideally certified CIPP/E
  • Master\\\'s Degree in Law, an addition Data Protection certification (such as CIPP or others, recognised by Data Protection Authorities) is an asset;
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in managing compliance in privacy and personal data protection;
  • Fluent in English and French;
  • Previous experience in an international environment;
  • High degree of professionalism and ability to communicate clearly with different stakeholders;
  • Excellent drafting skills;
  • Detail oriented mindset.
