Arztekasse Genossenschaft provides business process outsourcing and eHealth solutions to health professionals so they get relief from administration and can focus on medical work.


In the context of an innovation initiative, Arztekasse is renewing and extending their products. To support this digitalization step, we are looking for a skilled Data Warehouse Architect to design, develop, and maintain our data infrastructure. This role offers an exciting opportunity to play a key role in optimizing our data architecture and driving actionable insights to improve operational efficiency and decision-making processes.

Main Tasks




Design and develop scalable data warehouse solutions to support medical billing analytics requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Implement ETL processes using dbt to transform and load data from various sources into the data warehouse. Design and optimize multidimensional data models for efficient analysis and reporting. Develop interactive dashboards and reports to visualize and communicate insights derived from medical billing data. Perform data profiling, cleansing, and validation to ensure data accuracy and integrity. Monitor and troubleshoot data warehouse performance issues, optimizing queries and processes for improved efficiency. Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in data warehousing and analytics to recommend and implement innovative solutions.

Requirements




Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience as a Data Warehouse Architect or similar role, with a focus on medical billing analytics. Strong understanding of data modeling concepts, multidimensional databases, and OLAP cubes. Proficiency in SQL programming and database management. Experience working with healthcare data and familiarity with medical billing is considered a plus. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels. Proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions within established timelines. English is required, German or French is a plus
