As our company is growing and we offer more service to our teams, we are looking for a DBA DevOps Expert.

In this role

You will be part of the Cloud Engineering team in Switzerland, maintaining, deploying, monitoring the production and integration environments for , our SaaS ticketing solution. You will:

• Monitor and issue resolution of both in Production and Integration Environments
• Health and support database services to ensure the highest standards of availability, resilience, integrity, security, tuning and performance
• Support developement teams
• Participate to transformation and architecture projects: There will be many architecture improvements and technical challenges, we are going forward on AWS Cloud and we are a fast growing IT company
• Understand SecuTix data model, business logic and customer data
• Use and learn diverse database technologies: Oracle, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Amazon RDS

About your profile

• Bachelor\'s Degree in Computer Science, Telco, or related field
• Must have 4 years+ hands-on database experience in a similarly challenging position
• Strong DBA experience in Production environments and development team support
• Oracle Database Server, PL/SQL, tuning, ETL, Data Warehousing
• Excellent communication skills
• Accurate, Organized, Detail oriented, Proactive, Caring, Curious
• Fluent speaking and writing in English. French is a plus
