Dedicated Account Representative





The Dedicated Account Representative ( DAR ) will partner with the customers to understand and agree on the program service objectives and work with internal Amex GBT travel and technical teams to provide suitable solutions to deliver on the joint strategy & goals. The role will require process orientation, Cytric and Concur OBT knowledge and a collaborative approach to building & leveraging strong customer and internal relationships. The DAR will leverage this knowledge to develop and deliver operating consistency, where appropriate.



Job Responsibilities

Act as operations lead and single-point-of-contact for clients travelers in case of booking process questions Support Global Travel Management in local handling of Swiss Rail ( SBB ) topics Responsibility to manage local SBB profiles Support around daily travel program needs/issues incl. Cytric / Concur Support processes to handle customer service-related issues Coordinate service complaints both internally ( GBT issues ) and externally ( supplier issues ) Support further online enhancements and implementations Support the dedicated Digital Transformation Manager to implement further technological innovations/improvements Partner with global, regional and local account management and Traveler Care teams Support consistent SLA landscape Support data collection and clean-ups for Account and Travel Management Support in Air, Rail, Hotel, Rental Car Contract/Program implementation and availability measurement (online and offline) Support Global Travel Management regarding hotel / car sourcing and hotel / car program management
