\\nMain responsibilities

• Strategic planning & alignment of Technical Roadmap (TRM) with product management and other stakeholders for the DPS Cluster.

• Organize & lead semi-annual engineering review meetings across the Coesia DPS group.
• Coordinate the cross-company development projects.
• Timeline & resource analysis in JIRA and supporting tools.
• Support collaboration and development projects in the DPS cluster, mainly between Hapa (in Zurich, Switzerland), Atlantic Zeiser (in Emmingen-Liptingen, Germany), and Amaco (in Lustenau, Austria).
• Exchange with sister companies of the Coesia Group to drive know-how, technology exchange, and strategic projects across the group.
• Organize and execute strategic projects in the development of the DPS cluster.

• Agile development

- Establish an agile development process across the Coesia DPS group.

- Set up development projects in JIRA and Confluence

- Define workflows and participate in design reviews, sprint planning, and selectively also in daily SCRUM meetings to promote the agile development process

• Product Life Cycle Management

- Introduction of the same PLM tools in all companies via the DPS group

- Connect JIRA with PLM tools (Windchill & Repos)

• The Deployment Manager reports directly to the Engineering Director, responsible for R&D in the DPS companies.

What you need to be successful

• Bachelor\\\'s or Master\\\'s degree in mechanical engineering/information technology/electrical engineering/computer science
• Management/organizational experience in project development
• At least 2 years of professional experience in mechanical engineering and automation development
• At least 6 months of professional or educational stay abroad
• Willingness to travel to the companies in the cluster, mainly between Hapa (Zurich), Atlantic Zeiser (Germany) and Amaco (Austria) and to other Coesia companies/customers mainly in Europe and North America
• Experience with agile development methodologies is considered as a plus
• Experience with JIRA & PLM systems is considered as a plus
• English proficiency
• German proficiency
