Responsibilities:
Provide first-level support for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows and macOS operating systems.
Support Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint).
Perform Active Directory tasks such as password resets and account unlocks.
Troubleshoot basic network connectivity issues (DNS, DHCP, VPN).
Log and manage support tickets in ITSM systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira).
Set up workstations, peripherals, and ensure proper software installations.
Escalate unresolved issues to Level 2 support when necessary.
Maintain accurate documentation of incidents and resolutions.
Requirements:
1-2 years of experience in IT/desktop support or helpdesk role.
Knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory.
Familiarity with networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to provide clear instructions and customer-focused support.
Valid work permit to work full-time in Switzerland.
