Role: Desktop Technician
Location: Basel, BS

Language Proficiency: B2 Level German

Provide hands-on
break-fix support
for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals. Troubleshoot, install, and configureWindows and/or Mac OS
, including bothhardware and software
issues. Perform upgrades, patching, imaging, and deployment of end-user systems. Deliver deskside and remotetechnical support
for employees, ensuring minimal downtime. Require2-3 years of experience
in roles such as Desktop Support, Deskside, IT Support, IT Manager, ServiceDesk, Desktop Support, IT Helpdesk, IT Technician or SimilarJob Type: 100%
Pay: CHF5'000.00 - CHF52'000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
