\\n In this position you will join the Integration and Solution team, which supports wider Technology teams and the delivery of numerous systems to the business.

The responsibilities are to:
- Overseeing integration service availability, performance tuning, deployments, monitoring, emergency response, lifecycle management, and capacity planning.
- Providing L2 production support and addressing project-related requests and tasks.
- Establishing availability targets, service level objectives, support budgets, and strategies for rollback and fixes.
- Proposing and implementing automation processes wherever feasible.
- Consistently enhancing platform capabilities in containerization, automation, security, DevOps, and CI/CD
- Bachelor\\\'s degree in Computer Science or a related engineering field is required. Proficiency in English is essential, and proficiency in any Swiss official language is a plus
- Prior DevOps/Agile experience in banking ops, strong micro-service management in Kubernetes/OpenShift, and expertise in CI/CD tools is preferred
- Solid grasp of enterprise backend programming languages and frameworks, particularly Java and the Spring framework is highly desirable
- Finally a collaborative team player with a strong motivation to bring your team forward and have commitment for continuous personal development
