The role of Digital Communications Manager is to oversee the digital marketing and social media strategies, to drive traffic and engage key audiences across ABB Turbocharging’s website and social media. You will measure and report performance of all digital campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs). Also, you will ensure executional excellence for all communications measures in line with brand positioning, corporate identity/design guidelines and global strategy. Your responsibilities

  • Developing and overseeing the digital communications and marketing and social media strategies for Accelleron (future brand of ABB Turbocharging)
  • Developing, planning and executing all digital marketing initiatives, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
  • Developing and executing campaigns to drive traffic and engage key audiences across Accelleron’s digital environment
  • Setting up and managing website content, providing web analysis and evaluation, ensuring that the design and content of the website is correctly branded, relevant and compelling and is optimized to achieve traffic and create leads
  • Creating compelling and creative content (text and interactive pieces) for all aspects of the website as well as creating ideas for effective web-based marketing campaigns
  • Identifying and reviewing new technologies and trends to optimize the online user experience and engagement, keeping Accelleron at the forefront of developments in digital marketing
  • Measuring and reporting performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Collaborating and liaising with agencies and other vendor partners and owning all requests from other areas of the business requiring digital marketing support
  • Responsibility for planning and budgetary control of all digital marketing

Your background

  • University degree in Communications or Marketing
  • Minimum professional experience of eight years, B2B would be a plus
  • Ability to present complex technical information in an understandable way
  • Creative and able to development together with agencies visually attractive and engaging content from fact finding stages through to final editing
  • Profound social media expertise and practical knowledge of technologies / solutions / platforms for online communication
  • Experience in Photoshop, InDesign or similar applications for small editorial work
  • Collaborative, flexible, reliable self-starter with a high personal commitment to getting the job done well
  • Fluency in English with preference for a native speaker
