Overview



As

Digital Marketing & Community Manager

, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies while fostering an active and engaged membership community. You will act as the bridge between our brand, our learners, and our partners, ensuring consistent communication, impactful campaigns, and strong engagement across all channels.

Key

Responsibilities



Digital Marketing

Design, plan, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (social media, email, paid ads, SEO/SEM). Manage editorial calendar and content production for social platforms, blog, and newsletters. Monitor analytics (Google Analytics, social insights, campaign KPIs) and optimize performance. Collaborate with the education team to promote courses, bundles, and events. Develop brand storytelling and digital presence aligned with the School of Disruption's mission.
Community & Membership Management

Manage and grow the

Membership Community

, ensuring members' active participation and satisfaction. Organize online events, webinars, and Q&A sessions to strengthen networking and engagement. Support members with relevant job offers, opportunities, and collaborations. Implement onboarding processes and nurture relationships with mentors, alumni, and partners. Collect feedback from the community to enhance services and member experience.

Candidate

Profile



Requirements

Proven experience (3-5 years) in digital marketing, community management, or related roles.

Excellent command of English

- mandatory for daily operations and international community management. Strong copywriting and communication skills. Knowledge of marketing tools (Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, HubSpot/Mailchimp or similar). Familiarity with online learning platforms, innovation ecosystems, or disruptive technologies is a plus.
Soft Skills

Creative thinker with a data-driven mindset. Strong interpersonal and networking skills. Autonomous, proactive, and hands-on approach. Passion for innovation, education, and future-oriented topics.
