POSITION
As a
Digital Marketing Specialist - Paid Media
, you will lead the development and execution of our online acquisition strategy, with a strong focus on
Meta Ads
campaigns.
Highly involved on the operational side, you will not only be responsible for planning and optimising campaigns, but also actively contribute to the
creation of digital and advertising content
(visuals, website, videos, copy, landing pages). Your role will be to maximise our visibility, attract qualified leads, and accelerate our growth - particularly in Germany, one of our key strategic markets.
You will report directly to the Head of Sales, ensuring full alignment between marketing activities and business objectives.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Define, launch, and optimise
paid advertising campaigns
(Google Ads, Meta Ads, potentially LinkedIn Ads).
Develop and execute the global paid media strategy, with a dedicated focus on the German market.
Implement B2B and B2C
marketing automations
aiming at increasing adoption and conversion KPIs
Actively contribute to
content creation
(ads, visuals, videos, landing pages) tailored to different audiences.
Manage budgets, bidding strategies, and creative testing to maximise ROI.
Implement and monitor
tracking tools
(Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Conversion API, etc.).
Analyze performance and produce regular reports to guide future actions.
Work closely with the Head of Sales and internal teams to ensure alignment between marketing campaigns and commercial goals.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
Experience & Background
Master's degree
in Marketing, Communications, International Business, or equivalent.
Minimum
3 years
of marketing experience, ideally in the medical, industrial, or technical sectors with proven expertise in
Meta Ads
campaign management.
International experience
highly appreciated, especially in the German market.
Fluent English is a must
; German is a major asset. French is secondary but would be a plus.
Skills
Paid media expertise
: strong knowledge of campaign management, advanced targeting, and optimization strategies on Meta platforms.
Creative and versatile
: ability to design engaging advertising content across different formats.
Project management
: Autonomous and proactive, capable of managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
