We are seeking an experienced second-line sales leader to take on the role of Country Manager, Switzerland for our Digital Experience (DX) business. This is a unique opportunity to lead a high-performing sales organization, expand our presence, and build on the strong momentum we've established. As the Director, Enterprise Sales (Second Line Manager) you will report to the Regional VP Central Europe and be responsible for driving growth across Switzerland by leading and scaling our enterprise sales teams. You will inspire and develop managers and account executives, engage with C-suite stakeholders at Switzerland's most influential companies, and ensure predictable, sustainable growth across key industries. What You'll Do
Serve as the Country Manager for Switzerland, responsible for Adobe's DX enterprise sales performance and strategy in the market.
Lead and develop front-line managers (FLMs) and their teams of Account Executives, driving accountability, performance, and professional growth.
Build and execute a go-to-market strategy for Switzerland, balancing expansion in existing accounts with landing new customers in priority industries.
Foster deep C-level relationships with Switzerland's largest enterprises (e.g., pharma, financial services, consumer goods, industrial, luxury).
Drive predictable and sustainable revenue growth, consistently delivering against targets.
Partner cross-functionally with Solution Consulting, Customer Success, Marketing, and Global teams to optimize execution.
Maintain a culture of transparency, collaboration, and performance, ensuring engagement and retention of top talent.
Contribute to regional and global strategy by providing insight on Swiss market trends, opportunities, and customer needs. What You Need to Succeed
Proven second-line sales leadership experience (minimum ~5 years), with success managing managers of enterprise sales teams.
Strong direct software sales experience (not consulting, indirect sales, or professional services).
Track record of delivering and exceeding multi-million ARR targets, including large, complex enterprise deals
Deep understanding of the Swiss market, with an established executive network across key sectors such as pharma, financial services, manufacturing, and consumer goods.
Strong C-level negotiation and influencing skills, with experience closing transformational deals.
Fluent in German and English; Swiss German and French are a strong plus.
Demonstrated ability to build and scale high-performing, engaged sales teams.
Data-driven decision-maker with a strategic attitude and operational excellence.
A growth mindset with resilience to lead through change and transformation.
