• Strategic commercial and contract management advice and guidance

International Industrial Infrastructure & Energy Solutions SectorStrategic role to oversee the full lifecycle of contract execution

• 10+ years of experience in leading contract management in international industrial plant project delivery (waste to energy, power, oil & gas infrastructure, or utilities).
• Excellent Commercial knowledge, cost controlling experience, and capability to train commercial project management skills.
• Very good negotiation skills and ability to convincingly carry complex arguments.
• Bachelor's degree in Law, Construction Management or Business (JD, LLB, or MBA is a plus).
• Fluent in business English. German a plus
