\\n We have been retained by our client, a luxury hotel group for a Director of F&B.

The hotel is a luxury 5* hotel offering the best standards of service with 100 rooms, banquet facilities, 5 restaurants, 2 bars and a spa.
Reporting to the General Manager, overseeing a team of 40 persons with 6 direct reports (restaurant managers, banquet manager, room service and bar) and working closely with the Executive Chef.

Your main duties will be:
  • Manager F&B operations and the F&B teams in the different services: Restaurants, Bars, Room Service, Banqueting;
  • Maintain and improve the quality of guest service within the F&B outlets according to our Standard Operating Procedures;
  • Manage and follow up any guest complaints. Analyze guest insights to identify and meet customer expectations and build on guest loyalty;
  • Prepare the budgets, business plan and objectives for the F&B outlets with GM and HQ;
  • Ensure the follow up and provide the analysis of the productivity, the turn over, the number of covers;
  • Elaborate concepts, menus and advertisements on our F&B activities;
  • Ensure the follow up on the sales in the F&B outlets and set up all the actions to increase them.

Qualifications :
  • Higher Degree in Hospitality Management;
  • 5 years of experience as an Assistant F&B director or F&B ;
  • Manager within a luxury hotel establishment and/or a luxury hotel chain (+100 rooms, 3-4 F&B outlets);
  • Experience in F&B Management in luxury establishments with a solid operational background;
  • Experience in managing multi-site operations;
  • Strong computer skills;
  • English fluent, ideally German or any other language.
This position is opened to Swiss citizens and work permit holders as well as EU passport holders.
