Dispatcher/s of equipment assembly - Disposition / Equipment assembly / Electrical industry / German

For our customer in the energy sector in Lucerne, we are looking for a dispatcher for equipment assembly (reference no. 924462OK).

Main tasks:

Scheduling of meter installations and dismantling for around 7-12 technicians The aim is to provide optimal daily tours for the corresponding fitters Notification of work assignments to our customers (electricians and end customers) Processing inquiries by email and telephone (rescheduling, queries regarding scheduling) Follow-up work on orders that could not be completed by our technicians (2nd notification/forwarding to the relevant department) You are responsible for the efficient utilization of our assembly team and for meeting our deadlines. Scheduling of orders for device modifications (energy measurements, ripple control receivers and communication components such as radio antennas, M2M, etc.) You coordinate case management for faulty installations in the network You work actively in the CIP team (continuous improvement process) and strive to continuously improve yourself and the measurement technology. As the second point of contact for electrical installers, end customers, and internal inquiries, you offer our customers the best possible customer experience in their interactions with you and, thus, the entire measurement technology team. (First-level support is handled by the contact center.)

Requirements:

Fluent in German (spoken and written) Quick perception Is resilient, can handle pressure well Ideally, he or she is already familiar with the electrical industry If possible with experience in scheduling
