Position Summary:

\\n

The Associate Project Manager provides support to a Project Manager in handling projects/ studies for customers and in the development of workflow processes between the customer and the business. Specifically, the APM assists the Project Manager in study management across the organization and various departments, proactively working with all the parties involved in the protocol and in timeline management, achievement monitoring and weekly updates to the customer. In some cases, the APM may take the lead on full study management of a project across all areas

Key Responsibilities:

  • \\n
  • Works with the Client to finalize Specifications. This may include meetings at the client\\xe2\\x80\\x99s premises.\\n
  • Assists in setting up and maintaining study filing systems and maintains accurate records for all work undertaken.\\n
  • Joint responsibility with the PM for ensuring that all business activities come together according to timelines to meet the customers expectations.\\n
  • Clear communication of all relevant activities, both internal and external to ensure that all services and products are ready for the start of the study or as the need arises by the customer.\\n
  • Use of appropriate project planning tools to communicate landmarks and critical path activities and responsibilities.\\n
  • Timely provision of reports and other information to customers if applicable.\\n
  • Creates and/ or supports creation of Distribution documentation, operational documents using internal systems.\\n
  • Monitors project activities and day to day business as well as establishment of a customer approved Distributio Plan.\\n
  • Coordinates shipments through the PSA and the logistics department, and writes Distribution orders and GMP instructions in a timely manner.\\n
  • Applies Good Manufacturing Principles in all areas of responsibility.\\n
  • Demonstrates and promotes the company vision.\\n

Education

\\n
  • \\n
  • Requires commercial, university degree, preferably in the Pharma Industry, Freight Forwarding or Supply Chain.\\n
\\n

Experience

\\n
  • \\n
  • Requires excellent organizational and planning skills with the ability to analyze and define solutions .\\n
  • Requires ability to develop strong customer management skills; proactively anticipates, understands, and responds to the needs of clients to meet or exceed their expectations\\n
\\n

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

\\n
  • \\n
  • Requires strong interpersonal, communication, organizational skills and project co-ordination skills\\n
  • Requires proficiency in personal computer applications (e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook).\\n
  • Requires understanding and competent use of SOPs required by company Quality standards.\\n
  • Requires excellent organizational, planning, verbal, written and numerical skills with the ability to analyze and define solutions and handle multiple tasks to meet strict deadlines.\\n
  • Requires strong and effective communicator with the ability to optimally present information and respond to questions from groups of managers and clients.\\n
  • Fluent in English, German language skills desired.\\n
