We are seeking a dedicated specialist to facilitate the development of our M-Files MFD system. The perfect candidate should possess profound knowledge of M-Files, its scripting, and workflow management. This position requires tight-knit cooperation with our IT Operations team and partnership with our Exchange Regulation Business Analysts. Our application, tailored from the M-Files product, serves as a core platform for document storage, workflow management, and digital archiving within SIX Exchange Regulation. Our aim is to refine the document management procedure and boost operational efficiency.

What You Will Do
- operate, support and further develop the M-Files platform and other business applications
- assess and estimate a wide range of business requirements and transform them into efficient solutions
- implement new M-Files workflows incl. pre- and post-conditions and other business logic
- create, test and deploy changes and releases (changes, corrections and new software versions) and ensure a proper technical documentation
- act as subject-matter expert towards internal business units, third parties and/or the manufacturer of M-Files
- proven experience with M-Files, especially configuration, parameterization incl. scripting with experience in software development with Angular and/or Spring Boot
- familiarity with server management and OS administration
- proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement as well as a Team player aptitude to work in time sensitive environments
- ability to manage a backlog effectively according to priorities
- strong collaboration and communication skills (oral and written) in German and English
