What you will do:
Acts a change agent, who is supporting and promoting overall changes in Drug Product department, with a particular focus on the following training activities:

• Execute manufacturing activities in the area of Drug Product according to cGMP guidelines, ensuring batch execution, evaluating test results, resolving issues, troubleshoot manufacturing equipment and make recommendations for resolution.
• Supports to establish timely and with high quality the required production documentation (preparation and review of electronic batch records) specific to the assigned production area.
• Reviews production documentation (logbooks, forms)
• Achievement, TCS process

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Technology, Biotechnology, Chemistry, Pharmacy, or a related scientific field
• Fluency in English; German language skills are a strong asset.
• Familiarity with GMP standards, quality procedures and SOP execution in an asset
• Structured, focused and well-organized working attitude; open-minded for new ideas and improvements
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
• High motivation, solution-oriented mindset, and dynamic drive
• Proven IT knowledge
• Willingness to work flexible hour
