This Position reports to:


Head of Compensation - EL

Your role and responsibilities (Mandatory)



In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide comprehensive support and service to the respective business on all Performance & Reward (P&R) requirements. Each day, you will serve as an interface to the larger P&R organization, as well as other key stakeholders in HR such as HR Business Partners (HRBP) or HR Operations. You will also showcase your expertise by acting as the subject matter expert for the company's P&R function, managing projects, and leading specific aspects of P&R, drawing on extensive experience and judgment.

You will be mainly accountable for:



Design and Lead Global Incentive Programs

: Develop and implement global Sales Incentive Plans (SIP) and Annual Incentive Programs (AIP), ensuring alignment with EL business goals, smooth execution, and timely payouts across all regions.

Strategic Business Partnering

: Collaborate with senior leadership, HR, Finance, and business leaders to define performance metrics, drive incentive effectiveness, and provide expert guidance on reward strategies.

Data-Driven Optimization

: Leverage market benchmarking and internal analytics to assess plan effectiveness, optimize incentive structures, and deliver actionable insights to improve sales performance and employee motivation.

Governance and Communication

: Ensure compliance with legal and governance standards while leading transparent communication strategies to engage stakeholders and foster understanding of incentive programs.



Qualifications for the role (Mandatory)

Around 10 years of relevant Reward experience, ideally with a mix of consulting and corporate background

Advanced Process and Policy design capabilities

Ability to create a trust-based relationship with customers, understand their needs and translate them into workable solutions

Great project management/ planning capabilities

Great analytical skills and excel modeling skills

Great presentation on power point skills

Strategic/ out of the box thinking and at the same time hands-on

Positive mindset, flexible and solution oriented

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to navigate complex matrix organization and deliver concrete outcome while engaging with a wide range of stakeholders
