We're looking for a driven, committed individual hungry for personal growth to join our EM programs team as a Customer Office Member at our Swiss Hub. You'll have the opportunity to work closely with some inspiring customers within Switzerland and potentially across EMEA and be part of a great buddi team. We may consider some home working after a period of onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Provide smart help desk services to Swiss cantonal users of buddi EM software and devices.
• Manage stock in Switzerland to ensure users have access to the right devices at the right time.
• Design, organize, and deliver training to enhance competency in the application of buddi software.
• Support day-to-day buddi SA business operations, including service level monitoring and reporting, invoicing process, occasional audits, and more.
• Support the Head of Swiss EM in promoting and advancing the EM vision within Switzerland.
• Support unrelated activities of buddi UK outside of Switzerland as requested.

Qualifications

• Eligibility to work in Switzerland.
• No more than 2 years work experience.
• Fluency in written and spoken German and English.
• Ability to bring structure and organization to your work.
• An agile, can-do, pro-active way of working and critical thinking.
• A hunger for continuous learning and personal growth.
• A curiosity for technology and its use in advancing society and a willingness to get into the detail.
• A team spirit, embracing multiple languages, nationalities and personalities.
• A customer-centric mindset, focused on meaningful customer outcomes not process only.
