Mission :
As a Bicycle Technician at the UCI World Cycling Centre, you'll play a key role in keeping our athletes' equipment in top condition. From ensuring the smooth operation of all mechanical gear to travelling with UCI WCC teams during training camps and competitions, you'll be right where the action is.
You will also collaborate closely with the Manager Mechanics, fellow mechanics, and the Tutor Mechanics to keep the UCI WCC workshop running at its best. Your hands-on support and team spirit will help maintain a high-performance environment for both staff and athletes.
Additionally, the UCI WCC is looking for a specialist in Africa who can contribute to the development of cycling across the continent. This role involves assisting national federations in designing and implementing Bicycle Mechanic development strategies, supporting the growth of technical expertise, and ensuring sustainable progress in cycling infrastructure and education.
