Your Role
As Employee Facility Services at Bank J. Safra Sarasin you are a reliable, efficient and customer friendly individual who is seeking to support all the Facility Services and the client and visitor related services.
Your Responsibilities
- Handle and dispatch of physical mail
- Manage reception operations by opening and closing client access, welcoming clients and visitors, preparing badges and visitor access documents
- Oversee reservation and control of client rooms, ensuring smooth turnover in collaboration with colleagues
- Handle incoming calls and direct them accordingly
- Arrange business travel e.g. hotel and flight booking, taxi transfers
- Support facility services in building technology
- Accompany external companies in providing services for the bank
- 3 years of practical experience in the field of Client Reception and Facility Services
- Additional training in this field of responsibility
- Ability to work with various stakeholder as well as excellent interpersonal skills
- Organizational skills and ability to weigh problems and set priorities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work under pressure as well as hands-on mentality
- Fluency in French, very good command in English and/or Portuguese, fluency in German is a plus
