Lead the charge in life-saving innovation? A leading pharmaceutical company is looking for an Engineering Technical Lead to drive complex projects from concept to cure, ensuring precision, performance, and patient impact every step of the way.
Hobson Prior is seeking an Engineering Technicalto support project management by coordinating technical activities across various teams. You will ensure that all technical tasks meet internal standards and regulatory requirements, acting as the main technical contact for stakeholders and partners. This role is crucial for the successful execution of projects in regulated environments. The project will focus on sterile filtration and aseptic filling.

Responsibilities:

• Wear protective gear as needed and replace it if damaged.
• Address hazards immediately or report them to your supervisor.
• Lead risk assessments and design reviews.
• Support projects related to compliance with manufacturing standards.
• Develop solutions to ensure equipment and processes meet standards.
• Write and review project documents.
• Ensure supplier deliverables meet internal standards.
• Act as the technical contact between different departments.
• Lead project meetings and ensure follow-up on technical issues.
• Represent technical interests in workshops.
• Provide support during plant shutdowns.
• Be present on-site for coordination, with some flexibility for remote work.
• Assist operators and support training sessions.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Process, Chemical, or similar).
• Fluent in English and German.
• 5 years of experience minimum in project execution in pharma.
• Must have experience in sterile filtration and aseptic filling.
• Understanding of industry standards and documentation.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
