Enrolment Advisor for Switzerland
Temporary contract (16.08.2025-10.04.2026) / Lausanne, Switzerland

You have a "Can Do" attitude, you are sales oriented and a champion of 5* customer service working well under pressure and displaying excellent presentation and communication skills. You have strong interpersonal skills, you are reliable and flexible. You have a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or Business or Marketing and a minimum of 2 years' experience in sales or/and business development with proven success of exceeding targets preferably within the education industry and you have a good knowledge of the Swiss education system. You are also fluent in English and French - fluency in German/Swiss German and Italian is a plus. Also strong computer skills including the use of MS Office and, preferably, a CRM system (Salesforce) is an important asset.
As Enrolment Advisor for Switzerland, you will support the Country Enrolment Manager with the implementation for all Sommet brands in Switzerland, a key market for Sommet Education. It implies maximizing the recruitment of students in the region, respecting the school's admissions criteria and the reputation of the institution. You are accountable for reaching/exceeding regional enrolment targets for undergraduate students and we expect you to go above and beyond to secure results.
Your objective is to manage and support sales and enrolment events at our campuses, participate in student and professional fairs, meet with all kinds of educational partners, meet future students and/or parents and follow up leads closely.
