Key Responsibilities

Guide professionals through Personal Growth and Success Education concepts to help them clarify their purpose and future direction Conduct interviews, assessments, and consultations with candidates exploring our mentoring programs Build genuine, long-term relationships with clients, leads, and strategic partners Apply leadership and personal growth principles to your own growth as part of an ongoing journey Manage digital communication, online program workflows, and basic social media tasks Set and track clear goals to support your business outcomes and client impact

Who You Are

Passionate about personal growth, leadership development, and empowering others Experienced in people-focused roles such as leadership, consulting, management, teaching, training, or communication Confident speaking with professionals and building trusting, authentic relationships Independent, self-driven, and comfortable working remotely Interested in success principles, mindset work, wellbeing, business innovation, or lifestyle design Fluent in English, both spoken and written Values purpose, authenticity, freedom, and meaningful work This role supports individuals from diverse backgrounds and does

not

require any specific demographic, location history, or industry.

What We Offer

Part-time or full-time options with flexible scheduling (minimum 15 hours/week) 100% remote work -- operate from home, co-working space, nature, or anywhere you choose Compensation is commission-based, ranging from CHF?1,900 to CHF?5,000 per client, depending on the level of engagement and outcomes achieved.
