We are looking for an Epic Owner (reference number: 924536OK) for our client in the finance industry in Bern.
Our client has a clear strategic vision for the introduction of Microsoft 365 Copilot: we want to sustainably increase our productivity and innovative strength through the targeted use of artificial intelligence. The focus is not only on the technical introduction, but above all on enabling all employees to use Copilot sensibly and confidently in their everyday work and to reduce fears about AI among employees in the long term. The rollout concept envisages close cooperation between HR, IT and Data & Analytics and emphasises a gradual, role-based introduction with clear governance and continuous performance measurement. Practical training, an active network of AI pioneers and a structured rollout and support process ensure that the organisation is optimally prepared for the use of Copilot, clearly recognises the benefits of its use and exploits them in its everyday work. For this challenging task, we are looking for an experienced external specialist who, as Epic Owner, will act as the interface between technology, change management and business and ensure the sustainable anchoring of Copilot in the organisation. An experienced internal Epic Owner will be on hand to coordinate organizational issues, help eliminate impediments and ensure quality for which ensures the overall result.
Main tasks:
Support in preparing and accompanying the approval of the epic for the introduction of O365 Copilot (including decision-making bases and committee work).
After approval: Responsibility for implementing the epic for the introduction of O365 Copilot.
Close coordination with the internal epic owner and the business owner for prioritisation,
decision-making and strategic alignment.
Coordination of all teams and stakeholders involved.
Ensuring the delivery of items necessary for success to empower users, dealing with
change (fears), beneficial AI prompts and more.
Developing and establishing new processes in connection with Copilot.
Ensuring compliance with governance and compliance requirements.
Stakeholder management with IT, various management areas, directorate and
general agencies.
Defining and measuring KPIs for usage as a basis for management decisions.
Planning and managing the rollout within the organisation, including coordination with specialist departments and IT.
Acting at the interface between technology and change management to bring together technical
requirements and organisational changes.
Requirements:
Several years of experience as an Epic Owner.
Deep understanding of agile methods (SAFe, Scrum).
Experience in introducing Microsoft Copilot or similar topics on the same scale.
Experience in change management and empowerment initiatives.
Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills.
Excellent communication and organisational skills across all levels.
