Your Mission

Would you like to further expand your experience in solution architecture and take the next step into a more advanced role? This position offers you the opportunity not only to contribute as an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Solution Architect in a project environment, but also to take on additional responsibility as the Community of Practice (CoP) Lead for the ERP Solution Architecture Community in ASG (Germany, Austria, and Switzerland).


You will work in interdisciplinary project teams and support our clients in turning the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & SCM into a success story. Our projects are diverse and span clients across various industries. You will collaborate with project teams and experts from different disciplines to define end-to-end processes and deliver services based on strong technical and functional expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365.


Using established methodologies, you ensure transparent representation of processes, tasks, and structures throughout the entire project. You stay up to date by continuously developing your skills, delivering new projects, and working in an international environment with a wide range of development opportunities. Your goal is to create sustainable solutions and design ERP implementations that are both effective and efficient.


In addition to your role as an experienced ERP Solution Architect, you will take on a central responsibility as the CoP Lead for the Solution Architecture ERP Community in ASG.

What to Expect

o Strategic Direction & Leadership

In this key role, you will significantly shape how we design and deliver the next generation of ERP solutions at Avanade. You will be a central driving force behind the development of innovative D365 solutions and play an active part in the strategic advancement of the ASG ERP Practice.


As a member of the extended ASG ERP Leadership Team, you will participate in cross-functional leadership forums and contribute to the long-term positioning of our Practice. You will also benefit from direct access to our global experts as well as our worldwide knowledge and best?practice network.

o

End-to-End ERP Solution Design, Project Leadership & Client Development

You will be responsible for the strategic solution design and successful implementation of integrated ERP systems based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & SCM. This includes analyzing complex interface requirements, creating technical and functional architecture and solution documentation, and applying modern architecture principles.


In your role as a project leader, you will guide key milestones, define relevant KPIs, and ensure the highest quality and delivery standards throughout the entire project lifecycle.


Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will advise, develop, and support our clients to empower them in aligning their ERP systems with their business needs and enabling long-term success.

o Talent Development

You will drive the professional development of approximately 15 experts within the Solution Architecture Community in ASG -- across all experience levels. Through active coaching, targeted knowledge sharing, the establishment of best practices, and the promotion of skill growth, you will ensure that we sustainably strengthen and continuously enhance the quality and excellence of our projects.



Qualification

What We Are Looking For

Proven experience in consulting, designing, and integrating ERP systems--with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & SCM--along with solid process knowledge in Supply Chain, Finance, Logistics, Manufacturing, Retail, and/or Project Operations, enabling scalable solutions for diverse business requirements. Strong organizational skills, initiative, and a solution-oriented work style. The ability to motivate colleagues, identify individual strengths, and highlight personal development opportunities. Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English (minimum B2), with the ability to clearly explain complex topics and collaborate effectively in agile teams. Analytical thinking, a service?oriented mindset, enthusiasm for new challenges, and the willingness to travel depending on project demands. * A completed university degree (Bachelor/Master) in Business Informatics, Business Administration, or a related field.
