Are you passionate about education, project management, and creating impactful learning experiences? Join our dynamic team as a Education Project Coordinator, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering high-quality onsite courses and strategic educational initiatives. This role reports directly to the Education Manager.
In particular, the role includes the following tasks:
Key Responsibilities
Course Coordination & Content Management
Oversee the end-to-end organisation of onsite courses in collaboration with faculty, learners, events, and communications teams
Coordinate with authors and convenors to ensure smooth content delivery
Evaluate and enhance course formats for continuous improvement
Willingness to travel and occasionally work evenings/weekends
Project Planning & Implementation
Manage educational projects such as the digitisation and update of EULAR knowledge
Develop project plans, documentation, and track milestones.
Manage multiple stakeholders across departments and externally.
Contribute to the EULAR Education strategy by designing innovative learning paths and landscapes.
Support LMS maintenance and collaborate closely with the Education Manager.
Provide team support and deputise colleagues during absences.
Your profile:
Required
:
Strong digital savviness, proficient in common project management and learning design tools
Proven experience in project management and instructional design or L&D
Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage a wide range of stakeholders at all levels
Strong attention to detail, ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
Proficiency in English (C2), conversational German (B1-B2) is desirable
Sense of ethics, responsibility, and confidentiality
Availability to travel, mainly within Europe
Strong command of MS Office and LMS platforms
Preferred
:
Bachelor's degree or higher in education, business administration, behavioural science, or related field
Project management certification
Learning & Development (L&D) certification
5+ years of relevant work experience
Familiarity with Confluence and Jira
