\\n For our client, an international company with a new Office in Zurich City, we are looking exclusive for a reliable, organized and trustworthy Executive Assistant (m/f/d) 100%. German and English are mandatory and Russian is a great advanatage.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist with compiling Board papers, taking board minutes and resolutions
  • Managing the manager\\\'s calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most critical and sensitive matters
  • Organizing meetings, including scheduling and taking minutes
  • Format information for internal and external communication \\xe2\\x80\\x93 memos, emails, presentations, reports
  • Make travel arrangements and detailed travel itineraries
  • Setting up the business from admin side
  • Accounting tasks like processing transactions, making payments etc.
  • General administrative tasks
Profile
  • Commercial education or any comparable business studies
  • Experience as an Executive Assistant or similar position (Banking/Finance experience is advantageous)
  • Fluency in English and German
  • Very good IT Affinity
  • Excellent communication skills and literacy
  • Service oriented, serious and confident personality
