Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to support our Global Head of Retail Transformation. This role requires someone who is proactive, focused, and reliable as well as able to join the dots in a fast-moving environment. The EA position will use their understanding of business priorities to provide comprehensive operational support, manage administrative processes, build networks and work with stakeholders across multiple countries.

What you will do



Provide proactive administrative support, including executive diary management to optimize time. Coordinate with various senior level stakeholders, including the Regional and Global teams. Proactively manage emails, providing meeting support, including coordinating operational aspects of meetings, calls, and offsites. Coordinate travel arrangements (flights, hotels, etc.) in line with company guidelines and process expenses and invoices including any CO2 tracking. Collate supporting documents for scheduled meetings, able to perform basic collation and formatting as necessary e.g. powerpoint. Collaborate closely with other Executive Assistants supporting the Commercial Insurance Leadership Team.


What you will bring



A minimum of 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant providing support at a senior level. Experience in global working environments and cross-cultural teams. Highly trustworthy, loyal, and capable of communicating effectively with senior executives internally & externally. Excellent communication, networking, and organizational skills. Proficient in both English and German, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages. Good computer skills - proficient in the full MS Office suite e.g. Excel, Powerpoint, Teams and able to quickly pick up additional internal programs e.g. expenses, invoicing. Demonstrable track record of delivering on quality, time, and business expectations. Familiarity with travel and expense systems and other Zurich business applications would be an advantage (training will be provided if external).
