In banking and finance law at PwC, you will specialise in providing legal solutions and advice related to banking and financial transactions. You will have experience in regulatory compliance, contract negotiation, and financial transactions, and will be responsible for assisting clients in navigating complex banking and finance laws, maintaining compliance with regulations, and mitigating legal risks. Additionally, you will provide strategic guidance and support to clients in areas such as lending, capital markets, and financial regulations.

Du akquirierst und beratst Kunden im In- und Ausland und aus verschiedenen Branchen (Industrie, Finanzwesen, Medienbereich, Telekommunikation, Gesundheitswesen, u.a.) zu unterschiedlichsten datenschutzrechtlichen Fragen. Du ubernimmst die Fuhrung und Koordination der Dir anvertrauten Mandate, Projekte und des Teams und coachst jungere Mitarbeitende in fachlicher Hinsicht. Du arbeitest interdisziplinar mit Fachspezialisten aus anderen PwC-Bereichen zusammen. Du verfasst Publikationen und haltst Prasentationen zu Themen mit Bezug zur Datenbearbeitung (z.B. Marketing und Internet, Social Media, Outcourcing, Personalwesen, etc.). Du entwickelst proaktiv neue innovative Dienstleistungen und ermoglichst den weiteren Ausbau des Teams.

Dein Skill Set

Du hast ein abgeschlossenes juristisches oder betriebswirtschaftliches Studium und hast grosses Interesse an Datenschutzthemen sowie branchenspezifischen regulatorischen Entwicklungen auf diesem Gebiet. Du verfugst uber erste Berufserfahrung und hast relevante Praxiserfahrung im Bereich Datenschutz (Schweizer DSG, EU DSGVO, etc.) sowie branchenspezifischen regulatorischen Entwicklungen auf diesem Gebiet. Du verfugst idealerweise uber fachspezifische Weiterbildungen (wie z.B. CAS Datenschutzrecht, IAPP Zertifikate, TUV, etc.). Du verfugst nachweislich uber Fuhrungserfahrung bei datenschutzrechtlichen Implementierungsprojekten Idealerweise hast Du eine Affinitat zu Trends im Bereich der Digitalisierung und neuer Technologien.
