For our customer located in Basel/Switzerland we are currently looking for a: Change Management Lead for NextGen Development Data Platform (m/f/d)

• Location: remote
• Branch: pharma

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Support the overall objectives of NextGen ASCEND program by performing the change lead role, developing and executing on the relevant high level and phase specific change management plans. These overall objectives include a) building foundation data technology platform on AWS-Cloud, b) establishing a development wide data platform, c) having an architecture blueprint that connects the various big rock programs and d) approaching the execution incrementally.
• Understand the stakeholders and analyze change impacts in order to be able to recommend change interventions that support an overall understanding of the NextGen ASCEND program.
• Develop a narrative, a change plan and relevant artefacts that assist all stakeholders to understand the big picture of the NextGen ASCEND program.
• Understand the stakeholders and analyze change impacts in order to be able to recommend change interventions for the first phase of the NextGen Data program going live.
• Develop a narrative, change plan and relevant artefacts for the first phase go-live of NextGen project going live in Dec 2026.
• Determine appropriate communication and enablement plans and action these in to support the changes going live.
• Develop a network of supporters/ change champions who will help ensure a successful NextGen go live.
• Assess change readiness prior to going live to ensure robust input into any go/ no go decisions for the first phase of NexGen Data program.
• Align the change management work on NextGen with the overall ASCEND change management framework, including using our clients' Change Navigator tool.
• Ensure consistency of messaging with other ASCEND initiatives, where appropriate.

Must Haves

• English, Experience in managing Large Scale Multi Geographic Programs.
• Change management strategy and planning
• Change impact analysis
• Communications strategy & development/ implementation of key messages
• Stakeholder analysis & management, ability to work with stakeholders at all levels and skilled at
• influencing the direction of work
• Ability to facilitate small and large meetings
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Excellent general business acumen
