Facilities Operative (m/w/d)



Als Facilities Operative sind Sie die erste Anlaufstelle fur alle technischen Belange an dem von uns betreuten Unternehmensstandort. Sie sorgen fur den reibungslosen Gebaudebetrieb und losen technische Probleme schnell und zuverlassig.

Das erwartet Sie:

Durchfuhrung von Instandhaltungs- und Reparaturarbeiten in den Bereichen Elektrik, Sanitar, Tischlerei und Malerei

Schnelle Reaktion auf Storungsmeldungen und professionelle Bearbeitung von Wartungsanfragen

Regelmassige Sicherheitsprufungen und praventive Wartung von Gebaudetechnik, Klimaanlagen und technischen Einrichtungen

Installation und Instandsetzung von Beleuchtung, Sanitararmaturen, Turbeschlagen, Schliessanlagen und Buromobeln

Eigenstandige Fehlerdiagnose bei technischen Problemen und Koordination mit Fachunternehmen bei komplexeren Reparaturen

Vollstandige Dokumentation aller Arbeiten und Materialverbrauch in digitalen Wartungssystemen.

Damit uberzeugen Sie uns:

Abgeschlossene handwerkliche Berufsausbildung oder mehrjahrige Berufserfahrung im Facility Management

Fundierte Kenntnisse in mindestens drei handwerklichen Gewerken.

Selbststandige, serviceorientierte Arbeitsweise und ausgepragtes technisches Verstandnis.

Korperliche Belastbarkeit und Flexibilitat bei Arbeitszeiten sowie gelegentlichen Bereitschaftsdiensten

Fuhrerschein Klasse B

Grundkenntnisse in digitalen Systemen und MS Office sind von Vorteil.
