The opportunity

Are you an experienced Facility Manager ready to take ownership of a dynamic corporate environment in Zurich? We are looking for a strategic leader who can drive operational excellence, manage internal and external teams, and ensure our facilities reflect the high standards of our organization. This is a visible role with direct engagement across senior leadership and multiple business units.

How you'll make an impact

Lead and develop a team of receptionists, fostering a culture of professionalism and continuous improvement Oversee outsourced services (cleaning, security, catering, maintenance), ensuring quality, compliance, and alignment with SLAs Act as the primary contact for senior management on all facility-related matters, delivering tailored solutions Manage contracts and vendor relationships, including negotiations and performance monitoring Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations in collaboration with HSE Develop and manage the facility budget, identifying cost-effective strategies and planning upgrades or renovations Optimize space usage across departments and business units, aligning with organizational needs Create and maintain operational guidelines for reception, mail services, housekeeping, and related functions

Your background

Proven experience in facility management, ideally within a corporate or multi-stakeholder environment Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing internal teams and external providers Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities, including experience with executive-level reporting Fluent in German and English (written and spoken) Skilled in vendor management, contract negotiation, and budget planning Strategic mindset with strong organizational and problem-solving capabilities Familiarity with facility management software and tools is a plus
