For our Swiss market, in the Graubunden area, we are currently looking for a Philip Morris Field Sales Representative



In this position, you will be responsible for increasing brand awareness and the perceived quality of the Philip Morris brands by ensuring the availability and visibility of Philip Morris products at assigned points of sale. A particular focus is on becoming a business partner for selected indirect retailers, by fostering business growth through contract agreements, training, and coaching independent partners (Smoke-Free Products Partners, Device Resellers, Consumable Sellers).



Main responsibilities



Building and maintaining an effective trade network in the territory, starting with the acquisition of new points of sale and contract agreements through to ongoing performance management. Identifying new business opportunities within the existing POS universe as well as in new points of sale in the area. Developing and implementing project-related trade activations to achieve the targeted sales figures, coverage, and service level for LAS/LAU. Enhancing the company's image during activities with third parties and ensuring compliance with all PMI guidelines and processes. Supporting new product launches based on sales and marketing requirements as well as the assigned market share and volume targets. Promoting consumption share and volume growth. Ensuring an appropriate consumer experience through trade training. Ensuring the availability and in-store presence of Philip Morris products in the assigned area and following guidelines for optimal visibility. Activities carried out (sales, dealer-related information) are registered in the IS system and comply with defined processes. Reporting consumer insights information in a timely and accurate manner in accordance with legal requirements and Philip Morris guidelines.


We're looking for someone with:



College / University Degree Min. 2 years sales experience ideally in Consumer Packaged Goods Proficiency in German and English, Italian as a plus PMI category & portfolio knowledge Excellent communication skills High Achievement focus & result oriented Selling & negotiation effectiveness Partnering Excellence Ability to work independently and autonomously
