Requirements

We're currently searching for a

Field Service Technician

, with main functions including:

Customer Service:

Ensuring the efficient performance of services delivered to our customers worldwide Providing the field activities when requested: supervision of installation, testing, commissioning and training's Execute the emergency site interventions Making repairs at site or at Secheron's facilities Execute the audits and maintenance jobs Elaboration of technical reports

Support to Sales and Contract execution:

Support to Sales Engineer on substation surveys and permissions to site access Make repairing quotations Being attentive to identify new business opportunities: sale of spare-parts, repairs, on-site services, modernization's, retrofits, training's and maintenance contracts

Logistics and stock:

Support on the management of stock of spare parts and tools. Willing to travel up to 80% of the time

Requirements

Technical degree in Electrical/Industrial/Mechanical Technician (or Engineering) or related Electrical hazards and safety training; Maintenance; Protections and control of electrical equipment Experience on installation, testing and commissioning of electrical equipment. Ideally with experience on maintenance and on DC traction substations English and French fluent. Any other languages are a plus Willing to travel up to 80% of the time
