Your \\\'day to day\\\'

As a Finance Analyst, you will oversee the financial planning and actuals reporting. You will be responsible for ensuring Company adherence to the accounting standards and financial control and compliance with the local accounting and statutory filing requirements. You will also ensure the completeness of books, timeliness of reporting for all cycles (Actuals, Budget, BoD), compliance with Company policies, local accounting and statutory requirements and support the Head of Function for all ad-hoc requests and projects.

More specifically, you will

• Oversee all the reporting cycles under the direct supervision of the Head of function for both CTPMI (entity) and International Joint Venture (IJV)
• Continuously monitor expenses against set budget and proactively adjust forecast while analyzing gap reports
• Maintain and develop budgeting & reporting model
• Deliver financial analysis and insights, incl. reporting to the Management
• Respond to ad-hoc financial inquiries by gathering, analyzing and summarizing data
• Lead and participate in all financial and accounting processes (treasury, cash flow forecast) by collecting, reviewing, analyzing data and investigating variances
• Perform monthly accounting entries and ensure completeness of books
• Maintain and develop accounts review model
• Collaborate with CTPMI Finance Manager to ensure compliance and adherence to financial, accounting and control standards
• Prepare local GAP Statutory accounts, supporting documentation and all reconciliations with the general ledger relevant for Statutory accounts audit
• Liaise with various internal and external parties (PMI Tax, SSC, Payroll provider, Auditors) to ensure compliance with local GAP and Statutory requirements, and coordinate Statutory accounts audit
• Prepare Company\\\'s annual statements and exhibits for Board of Directors
• Participate in business discussions with commercial teams and project owners
• Prepare ad hoc analysis and support the preparation of presentations & reports aiming to fuel Management with a clear and comprehensive view of the business and various KPIs
• Maintain and develop Company database and serve as single and trusted source of information to support Company strategic direction

• Highly developed Data modeling, Interpretation and Visualization capabilities
• Flexibility and ability to work under high time pressure
• Superior attention to details
• Proficiency in English, both oral and written, Mandarin a plus
