Position: Finance and Grants Manager - Reporting to: Executive Director
The International Code of Conduct for Private Security Service Providers' Association (" "), founded in September 2013, is a multi-stakeholder initiative created to promote, govern, and oversee the implementation of a (the Code) for private security companies operating in complex environments. The Code seeks to strengthen respect for human rights and international humanitarian law, while raising operational standards across the private security industry. ICoCA's membership comprises states, private security companies, and civil society organisations. These three pillars together form the Association's General Assembly, with each pillar equally represented on ICoCA's Board of Directors.
Based in Geneva, the Secretariat drives the implementation and oversight of the Association's core functions. We are seeking a Finance and Grants Manager to lead the Association's financial management and strategy. In this key role, you will oversee all financial and accounting activities while directly contributing to the organisation's performance, transparency, and long-term sustainability. You will join a motivated and collaborative team, in a young organisation, with the opportunity to introduce innovative tools and processes that enhance efficiency, strengthen financial governance, and support the organisation's growth and impact.
