The IIHF Administration & Finance Department is looking to recruit a motivated Finance Manager to support the IIHF and its stakeholders on a wide range of finance and accounting matters. The Finance Manager reports directly to the Administration & Finance Director and executes the following tasks:
Key Responsibilities
Responsible for accounts payables, accounts receivables and general ledger
Responsible for the expense management
Preparing estimates and financial reports internally and for stakeholders
Support in annual financial statements, budgeting and internal controlling
Contact person for internal and external stakeholders
Administrator for the accounting system (Abacus)
General financial administration
Skills and
Qualifications
Commercial education with a focus on accounting / finance
5+ years of experience in accounting / finance
Previous experience in Swiss accounting standards
Previous experience in Abacus is strongly preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Strong organizational and administrative skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Fluency in English and German is required
