The International Code of Conduct for Private Security Service Providers' Association (" "), founded in September 2013, is a multi-stakeholder initiative created to promote, govern, and oversee the implementation of a (the Code) for private security companies operating in complex environments. The Code seeks to strengthen respect for human rights and international humanitarian law, while raising operational standards across the private security industry. ICoCA's membership comprises states, private security companies, and civil society organisations. These three pillars together form the Association's General Assembly, with each pillar equally represented on ICoCA's Board of Directors.
Based in Geneva, Switzerland, the Secretariat supports the implementation of the Association's core functions. We are seeking a Finance Officer with 5 years of post-qualification experience to manage day-to-day financial and accounting activities, support budgeting and grant management, and ensure transparency and compliance in financial reporting. You will join a motivated, collaborative team in a young organisation, with the opportunity to improve financial tools and processes to strengthen governance and support the organisation's growth.
