Lead and manage end-to-end finance transformation projects, from target operating model design through to full implementation
Ensure delivery on time, within budget, and in line with defined objectives. Minimum of five years of relevant experience required
Analyse current-state finance processes (e.g., Plan-to-Perform, Record-to-Report) to identify inefficiencies and design optimized future-state processes using best practices and modern technologies
Act as the primary interface between the Finance function, business units, and external vendors. Ensure clear communication, alignment, and strong stakeholder buy-in for all transformation initiatives
Design and execute change management strategies to support the adoption of new processes and systems. Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for finance users
Your Profile:
Strong ability to translate finance strategy into actionable project plans and practical solutions, combined with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Comprehensive understanding of finance operating models, core accounting principles, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes
Several years of experience managing large-scale, enterprise-wide projects using formal project management methodologies such as Waterfall and Agile
Hands-on experience with financial systems such as SAP S/4 and financial planning and analytics tools
Good understanding of key technologies shaping finance transformation, including predictive analytics, agentic AI, and data visualisation tools
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and influence decision-making across all levels of the organisation
