Key Responsibilities:

Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial consolidation process across all group entities Prepare and analyze consolidated financial statements in compliance with US GAAP Prepare management reports & regulatory submissions, perform statutory to USGAAP bridge for all entities Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure data accuracy and completeness Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance reporting efficiency Stay up to date with changes in accounting standards and assess their impact on group reporting

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CA) is a strong advantage 3+ years of relevant experience in financial consolidation and reporting Strong knowledge of US GAAP and consolidation principles Proficiency with Excel and ideally OneStream Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
