Required Skills

Floral arrangements: creation of designs using wet foam, hand-tied bouquets, centerpieces, with aesthetic care and stylistic cleanliness Indoor plants: care and maintenance (pruning, watering, cleaning, pest control, replacements) Support for small-scale events: preparation and logistical management of flowers and arrangements, set-up and dismantling

Essential Requirements

Previous experience, even short-term, as a florist assistant or in floral design/events Creativity, flexibility, and basic knowledge of flowers and plants Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Effective communication and customer orientation
