Tasks & Challenges

• Support and accompaniment of our guests during their stay
• Creation of individual training plans in cooperation with our doctors and physiotherapists
• Design and implementation of daily courses such as stretching, aqua fitness, yoga, pilates, etc.
• Active promotion of our offers in the area of exercise, relaxation and nutrition
• Instructing and supervising our guests on our Technogym equipment
• Professional guest relation management

Qualification & Competences

• Bachelor\\\'s or Master\\\'s degree with a focus on sports/health sciences
• Experience in Cardio Pulmonary Exercise Test, Ergometer Test, Ergophysiology and Vo2 Test
• At least 2-3 years of professional experience in a similar position as well as in dealing with demanding guests
• Excellent written and spoken German and English, any other languages are considered as an advantage
• Communicative personality with a high willingness to provide service
• Affinity for fitness, health and enjoyment of personal guest contact
• Creativity, flexibility, independence and ability to work in a team
