About the Role
We are seeking a
Food Safety & Quality Assurance Manager
to collaborate closely with the Operations Manager and serve as a key contact for our international airline clients. You will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of quality, accuracy, and punctuality in food preparation and delivery across all service levels--including Economy, Business, First Class--as well as VIP catering for private jets, events, and exclusive clients.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the main contact for international airline clients, ensuring clear and professional communication.
Responsible for packing all Business Class food according to airline specifications.
Perform physical crew handover, ensuring accurate documentation and communication.
Supervise and check that all food production requirements are fully met prior to dispatch.
Ensure final production is in full conformity with quality and client specifications before delivery.
Coordinate with dispatchers to handle last-minute changes, resolve issues, or arrange missing items.
Inspect, label, close, and seal trolleys in compliance with all airport and aviation safety regulations.
Ensure correct meal counts and proper packaging for each flight, based on client instruction manuals.
Assist the assembly line as needed to ensure timely flight preparation, including setting trays, packaging food, and applying final presentation touches.
Support inventory activities when required.
Communicate any malfunctions or operational issues to the Operations Manager and relevant teams for immediate resolution.

Desirable Skills
Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
English is the working language of the company and is essential for internal and external communication.
Business background or equivalent experience; a degree in Hospitality, Aviation Services, or a related discipline is a strong advantage.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, both via phone and email.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks under pressure.
Adaptable, independent, and proactive, with a flexible mindset suited to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Additional language skills are a plus.
